How to Eliminate Saddle Sores
Ok, as much as we all bust on Brent for being just way, way too anal, there are times when we do appreciate it. In this case, Kera's been having some issues spending time on the road. After one painful training ride, it was time for Dr. Brent to whip out the books, the measuring tapes, the plum bobs, etc. and take a few measurements. The diagnosis? Incorrect bike fitting of course!

Brent always says "Look professional!" when we pass other riders. Clearly I don't. What ever happened to women peaking athletically in their 30's?
After 2 rides on the new stem I can say it didn't solve the "nether region" issue. Unfortunately. Painfully.
You still have 9 years to peak!
Yikes! Sorry to hear that Dr./Professor Brent's solution isn't working.
